Lester Bok is Regional Sales Manager at Kongsberg Maritime, with more than a decade of experience in the maritime industry specializing in marine propulsion systems. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, he works closely with shipowners and shipyards to enhance vessel performance through integrated propulsion, automation, digitalization, and energy solutions.

Throughout his career, Lester has had the privilege of contributing to several pioneering maritime projects, including the world's first LNG-electric hybrid harbour tug and some of Norway's first zero-emission, fully electric RoPax ferries. Today, he partners with merchant vessel owners across the region to improve operational efficiency, accelerate decarbonization, and navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable maritime technologies.
